RAITH CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE CENTER DORTMUND GERMANY
"Beyond the Visible" - This architectural concept translates Raith’s brand values into a minimalist, clear spatial logic. Since the company’s technological dimension unfolds at the nanoscale - beyond the realm of direct perception - technology here is not merely put on display, but rendered a tangible spatial experience. Precision is consistently reflected in the choice of materials, detailing, and joinery. Rather than a classic exhibition architecture, the 550sqm space features a choreographed spatial sequence in which a cleanroom, housing highly sensitive products, and a multifunctional customer area interact seamlessly, both visually and thematically. Visitors navigate through a carefully orchestrated series of spatial impressions that subtly convey the company’s technological expertise. A compact "cockpit" forms the central core; it structures the architecture and serves as the starting point for a variable spatial configuration that responds flexibly to changing requirements. Movable glass partitions and flexible furnishings allow specific zones to be expanded, separated, or interconnected. The constant visual connection to the cleanroom makes Raith’s technological competence immediately palpable, without resorting to artificial staging. The result is a workspace and communication hub that impresses through its precision, clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.
